View your operation from the bridge
The powerful interface enables real-time monitoring of your automated palletising operation. A fixed camera displays a live feed of the production cell. On the right, a clearly categorised list displays timestamped event logs, including errors and idle statuses, and you can even watch the playback to replay error events. Live performance charts at the bottom of the dashboard represent how your palletising operation is tracking against your hourly, daily, and weekly targets.
Comprehensive analytics
For a detailed analysis, the analytics tab provides deeper production insights with customisable metrics. It enables you to investigate the details of your operation over your chosen timeframe. The analytics feature allows you instant visibility of your production output in units, idle time and downtime, and a utilisation percentage for the machine. The data allows you to diagnose the biggest contributors to machine downtime and prioritise remedial action.
