Autonomous Transport (AMRs)
What is an AMR (Autonomous mobile robot)?
AMRs streamline material transport by automating any task where you need to get goods from A to B. They have the ability to transport a large variety of items such as boxes, trays and even full pallets for a range of applications, including delivery of raw materials, parcel sorting, stock management and order picking.
Watch AMRs at work
"AMRs revolutionise logistics by seamlessly transporting pallets from production line to warehouse, or dispatch. Their ability to navigate independently and optimise routes drastically improves efficiency and reduced downtime, allowing facilities to operate smoother and faster than ever before."
AMR models
Reeco is the official UK solution partner for market-leading Omron Mobile Robots.
OMRON AMRs navigate freely without the need for wires, tape, or reflectors, unlike traditional Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGVs). Using scanners and sensors, they map their surroundings and plan optimal routes, rerouting around obstacles in real-time. With payload capacities ranging from 60kg to 1500kg across different models, Reeco can provide integrated solutions for a wide variety of transport needs across many industries.
The LD range features the smallest of the Omron mobile robots, with payload capability ranging between 60-250kg. Perfect for operations that have high volumes of low payload collection and delivery.
With max payloads of 650kg and 900kg, the Omron MD range offers mid-weight capability AMR's that meet the needs of a wide variety of part and material transport applications.
The biggest of our range, the HD-1500 is suited to heavier tasks with a maximum payload of 1500kg. The HD-1500 is the perfect solution for tasks such as warehousing and end of line pallet handling.
