Watch Vibratory bowl feeders in action

"Integrating vibratory bowl feeders greatly enhances the production process for the manufacturing industry. It consistently orients and supplies parts, reducing downtime and increasing throughput. The feeder's reliability and seamless integration are pivotal in boosting production efficiency."

How does a bowl feeder work?

Our bowl feeders feature a vibrating circular bowl designed to orient parts effectively. Components are guided upwards along an inclined circular track, ensuring uniform feeding to the cobot arm, where they are individually picked for the next manufacturing stage. Constructed from stainless steel, the feeders are equipped with dual vibratory control systems to vary feed rate, enabling high throughput and reliable long-term operation.

The Reeco bowl feeders come in sizes ranging from 200 to 1000mm in diameter, with component capacities varying from 500 to 10,000 parts depending on the bowl size. They are equipped to handle up to 100 parts per minute, making them ideal for high-speed production environments. Custom tooling is available to match specific part requirements, ensuring optimal performance. Reeco’s environment-friendly bowl features a specially-formulated 6mm coating, which reduces operational noise, and minimises wear.

Reeco is proud to offer a range of step feeders, which are designed to provide a more compact alternative for your part-feeding requirements. A step feeder works by raising components up from the main hopper on a stepped platform, before moving parts along a vibrating channel for correct pick orientation. Step feeders are the perfect solution for standard components such as bolts and screws.
