Your dedicated service support department will schedule planned maintenance and handle calls for emergency breakdowns – we offer Gold, Silver and Bronze packages of service support, with varying levels of routine input and site visits.
Remote diagnostics and assistance
Reeco fixed installations are fitted with CCTV cameras and remote access hardware. These enable our support team to review and assess past and real-time footage, as well as analyse data from the HMI. Using these tools, the team can remotely diagnose and fix faults.
AMR Monitoring for optimisation
For AMRs, Reeco can provide the FLOW (Fleet Operations Workspace) system for intuitive monitoring of fleet performance within a service plan following installation. This provides insight into the operational performance of AMR fleets, flagging opportunities to improve productivity.
