Case erecting
What is a case erector?
A Case Erector is a packaging machine designed to automatically form, fold, and seal corrugated boxes from flat-packed inserts, dispensing boxes which are sealed at the bottom and ready to pack. Automatic case erectors enhance the packing process by producing reliably square boxes, improving product protection, and ensuring palletising processes are simplified.
Watch case erectors in action
Implementing a case erector has revolutionised our packing process. It has drastically improved product throughput by eliminating the need for manual box building, allowing our team to focus entirely on packing. The consistency and speed of the machine have not only reduced labour but also eliminated the defects we often had with hand-formed boxes.

Automating the case erecting process significantly improves the efficiency and throughput of your production line.
The Lantech case erectors ensure perfectly square cases, which maintain stacking strength and simplify downstream operations like sealing and palletising. They can handle a wide variety of box types, overcoming variations in material thickness, temperature and humidity to deliver consistent, jam-free performance with options for tape or hotmelt sealing.
Designed to be simple to set up and easy to use, the Lantech C300 & C400 case erectors feature an easy-to-load blank magazine with spring loaded side belts that hold cases firmly in position. Tape sealing only.
The Lantech C1000 & C2000 are reliable, customisable, high-speed case erectors, ideal for 24hr automated production lines. Featuring an 8 suction-cup pick up frame that guarantees 90-degree case corners and a max throughput speed of 30 cases per minute. Option of either tape or hotmelt glue sealing..
The compactly designed Lantech CI-1000 & CI-2000 case erectors are ideal for packaging lines with limited floor space or where packaging lines are positioned in close proximity to each other. Features an inline blank magazine to save floor space, max throughput speeds of 25 cases per minute and the option of either tape or hotmelt glue sealing.
