How do the free POC trials work?
Stage 1
We work with you to create a POC test that will deliver an accurate picture of how our palletiser or autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) would integrate with your production processes. Throughout development, we update you on progress and incorporate any alterations you may require.
Stage 2
You can visit our sites in either Newtown or Bradford to view the POC test and see your product being handled by palletiser or AMRs. Or, if you are unable to visit us in person, you can send your products to Reeco and join a virtual demonstration.
Stage 3
Palletising trials demonstrate our machines physically handling your products and loading them on to pallets in a real-life simulation of how they would operate in your factory. Trials involving our AMRs show how they can be programmed and managed to move products around your site.
Stage 4
During POC trials, you will be guided through the capabilities and operation of our cobots by our expert team. They will describe the process of integrating our palletisers or AMRs into your own production lines.
Stage 5
Prior to POC trials, we can store food and other perishable products in suitable conditions, for example, refrigerated or frozen. By keeping the product preserved in its original form, we replicate real-world conditions and ensure complete accuracy of testing during the trial.
Stage 6
The chance to see our palletisers or AMRs work with your products before you commit to purchasing gives you a no-cost, no-risk chance to assess their potential benefits to your business.
What are the benefits of POC?
Reeco RB Palletisers POC tests
Our palletiser is set up to operate with your products, showing how it would operate in an accurate simulation of your end-of-line process. A Reeco Programming Manager and Project Manager will guide you through the test and answer your questions.
Many palletising permutations can be tested
The test can incorporate single or double pallet loading, using the vacuum or ServoGripper tools, incorporate slip sheet insertions, and demonstrate the maximum and minimum product sizes that can be handled – all according to your requirements.
Autonomous Mobile Robot POC demonstrations
Our AMR demonstrations show how they would learn to operate within your factory by self-mapping their environment, while simulation programs enable the planning of traffic and workflows and allow any potential issues to be addressed before they can arise.
